Cookies and trackers
This site sets no cookies. There is therefore no consent banner, and that is deliberate.
No cookies, no trackers
This site writes no cookie, loads no third-party script, embeds no remote font, no map, no external video and no measurement pixel. Nothing you do here is measured, cross-referenced or transmitted.
As a result, no consent is requested from you: there is nothing to consent to. A banner asking you to accept trackers that do not exist would be, at best, decorative.
The only thing stored: your language
If you explicitly choose French or English with the language selector, that choice is kept in your browser’s local storage (key constellar.langue), so that you are not asked again on your next visit.
This storage falls under the exemptions of article 82 of the French Data Protection Act: it is strictly necessary to provide a service you expressly requested, it cannot identify you, and it is transmitted to no one — it never leaves your browser.
You can erase it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data; the site will work in exactly the same way.
Automatic language detection
On your first visit, the language shown is derived from the language preferences your browser sends with every request (the Accept-Language header). That preference is neither recorded nor retained: it is used only to decide which version to send you to, and is then forgotten.
